By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Our general support services are open to individuals of all ages seeking mental wellness support, subject to applicable local law regarding consent for minors. HRYI programs are generally open to youth aged 13–28; where a participant is under the age of majority in their jurisdiction, parental or guardian consent may be required, consistent with our Safeguarding Policy.
Heal & Revive provides counselling, listening sessions, support groups, educational programs, community initiatives, digital resources, and youth leadership programming. Our core support services are provided free of charge. Certain digital products may be offered for purchase, as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Services provided by trained listeners are peer-support in nature and are distinct from clinical counselling; please see our Counselling Terms for details specific to each service type.
Our services are not designed for, and must not be relied upon in, emergency or crisis situations. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency services immediately, or visit our Crisis Resources page.
Where you submit an application (e.g. to volunteer, become an ambassador, join HRYI, or book a session), you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to decline, suspend, or terminate participation in any program at our discretion, including where we believe continued participation poses a safety risk.

Digital products (such as workbooks, journals, or courses) offered for purchase are sold subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
