Heal & Revive is a global mental wellness initiative built on one belief: everyone deserves compassionate, accessible, evidence-based support — no matter where they live, what language they speak, or what they're carrying.
Heal & Revive began with a simple observation from years of clinical work: too many people who needed support never got it — not because it didn't exist, but because it wasn't accessible, affordable, or culturally attuned to them.
Founded by Dr. Shikha Kaushik, a licensed clinical psychologist and global mental health advocate, Heal & Revive set out to close that gap — one listener, one workshop, one community at a time. What started as a single practice has grown into a movement reaching 78+ countries.
Read Our Full StoryWe provide compassionate, evidence-based counselling, listening support, and wellness education — removing the barriers of cost, stigma, language, and geography that keep people from getting help.
We envision a global community where mental wellness is treated with the same urgency and dignity as physical health — where support is normal, accessible, and always within reach.
Every interaction begins with empathy, not judgment.
What you share stays protected, always.
Grounded in recognized clinical practice, not guesswork.
Support that reflects the communities we serve.
Volunteers, listeners, and professionals working as one.
No one is turned away for lack of resources.
"I built Heal & Revive because too many voices remain unheard. Every person who reaches out to us is met with the same thing I would want for someone I love: patience, respect, and real expertise."Dr. Shikha Kaushik — Founder, Heal & Revive
